Job Opening: Tele Caller
Location: Ahmedabad, Memnagar
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and collecting overdue EMI payments from customers. This role involves reaching out to clients, negotiating payment terms, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to customers with overdue EMI payments and seek resolution.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and agreements.
Ensure compliance with collection laws and regulations.
Address and resolve any disputes raised by customers.
Provide regular updates on collection activities to the manager.
Maintain high customer service standards with empathy and respect.
Qualifications:
High school diploma (degree in finance/business is a plus).
Previous experience in collections or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using collection software and CRM systems.
Ability to handle difficult conversations and manage customer expectations.
