Job Description

Position: Market Coordinator Location: Mumbai Department: Hotel Contracting Key Responsibilities Secure and negotiate competitive rates, inventory and offers to meet overall company sales objectives. Support hotel partners with loading of offers and policies. Monitor and address hotel partner pricing and availability issues to maintain conversion and customer satisfaction. Provide excellent customer service to hotel partners. Provide technical support to hotel partners and resolve operational issues. Promote all business opportunities when communicating with suppliers. Support partners in managing inventory and rates on Tripjack including initial and ongoing systems training. Analyze rate and inventory reports to gain in-depth understanding of hotel products. Monitor partner sales performance and investigate trading concerns when required. Provide cover for Market Managers when on leave. Other potential work engagements as decided by the Company. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. 1+ years of operations and/or sales coordinator experience in the hotel, wholesale, or travel distribution industry.
