Urgent Opening for Qualified CA Direct Tax Churchgate No. of open position 2 Location Churchgate Experience Level Minimum 4-5 yrs of post qualification experience of working in the income tax domain Job Description- 1. Litigation including preparation of submissions and representation before CIT appeal, briefed counsels independently in the past. 2. Independently handling and closure of scrutiny assessment proceedings (faceless as well as physical). Good Interpersonal skills. 4. Well versed with compliance related procedures including OGE, rectifications, 197 certificate, 281 certificates, etc. 5. Any experience in M&A tax advisory/ aware of other ancillary Acts like black money, benami act, prevention of money laundering provisions. Skills Required 1. Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills 2. Interpersonal skills 3. Multi-tasking skills 4.
