The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Key Responsibilities :- New Business Development: Identify and secure new opportunities for ERP and CRM solutions in the BFSI sector. Client Engagement: Build relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and IT heads, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market intelligence to identify industry trends, competition, and potential clients. Sales Strategy & Execution: Drive the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals. Collaboration: Work with pre-sales and technical teams to design and present the best-fit solutions. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong post-sales relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. Sales Performance: Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets, maintaining an active sales pipeline in CRM tools. Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery. Requirements :- 1 to 4 years of experience in ERP/CRM sales or enterprise software sales. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM solutions. Experience in selling to BFSI clients is highly preferred. Proven ability to drive end-to-end sales cycles and consistently meet targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Willingness to travel as needed.
