As we continue to grow, we are looking for a versatile and experienced professional to oversee our Finance, HR, and Administrative functions. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Senior Executive to manage our Finance, HR, and Administrative operations. This is a multifaceted role where you will serve as the backbone of our operational infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning while supporting strategic initiatives. Working closely with our CFO and HR Consultant, you will be responsible for maintaining financial compliance, implementing HR systems, and overseeing administrative processes in our social impact consulting firm. Key Responsibilities Finance Management (40%) Handle TDS calculations, filings, and compliance requirements Oversee GST compliance, including monthly/quarterly filings and reconciliations Collaborate with our external CA for statutory audits, tax planning, and financial reporting Support the CFO in preparing financial statements, reports, and analyses Maintain financial records and ensure proper documentation for audit purposes Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation and tracking for consulting projects Track project-based financial metrics and prepare reports Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and statutory requirements Implement financial controls and processes to enhance operational efficiency HR Management (30%) Work closely with the HR Consultant on recruitment processes Manage the HR platform, ensuring all employee data and records are up-to-date Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes for field staff and consultants Administer employee benefits, insurance, and compliance documentation Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with social impact values Support performance management processes and documentation Organize employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives to foster a purpose-driven culture Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information Coordinate training and development initiatives related to M&E and social impact skills Handle routine employee queries and concerns in a distributed team environment Administration (30%) Process and track team travel expenses and reimbursements for field visits and client meetings Maintain expense records and ensure proper documentation for project-related expenditures Manage office supplies and equipment Maintain vendor relationships Organize team events, meetings, and other administrative activities Handle general correspondence and communication Support the leadership team with administrative tasks as needed Maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, for project documentation Coordinate with external service providers and vendors Ensure compliance with administrative policies and procedures QualificationsRequired Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field 7+ years of experience in finance and administration, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity Strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws, GST, TDS, and compliance requirements Proficiency in financial management and accounting software Experience with HR management systems and processes Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred MBA or professional certifications in Finance/Accounting (CA, CMA, etc.) Experience working in social sector, NGOs, or impact consulting firms Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements for development sector Experience with ERP systems and digital transformation initiatives Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach Passion for social impact and purpose-driven work Personal Attributes Self-starter with the ability to take initiative Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment Discrete in handling confidential information Strong ethical standards and integrity Team player with a collaborative mindset Result-oriented with a commitment to excellence Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently What We Offer Opportunity to significantly impact a growing organization Collaborative and innovative work environment Professional growth and development opportunities Competitive compensation package (CTC 6.5 to 8.5 Lakhs per annum) Work with a passionate and dedicated team Location Powai, Mumbai Employment Type Full-time ,
