Do you enjoy creative problem solving and delivering exceptional user experiencesAre you driven by curiosity, innovation and delving into complex business operationsEquinix is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Legal Technology team, focusing on legal operational workflows in corporate legal and compliance domains . In this role you will work with our Legal SME s, Operations and Engineering teams to gain a deep understanding of existing processes, uncover opportunities and deliver innovative solutions, with the goal of developing scalable solutions across enterprise scenarios .
We are looking for someone with expertise in analyzing and improving workflow systems and processes, documenting requirements, implementing solutions, to develop system updates, conducting and supporting testing, and staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.
Responsibilities
Business Requirements Analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal Operations, Engineering, and other stakeholders, to deeply understand challenges, goals and unmet needs
- Approach problems with curiosity, ask insightful questions and uncover root causes behind customer pain points
- Drive best practices during requirements gathering

Solutions Desig n , Implementation and Testing
- Translate business requirements into Epics stories functional spe cifications, ensuring alignment with Equinixs IT strategy and legal compliance
- Design, configure and implement system enhancements and new tools
- System testing, including functional, integration, and regression testing, to ensure the quality and reliability of implemented solutions
Production Support
- Collaborate with Engineering to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to legal operations
- Identify improvements to address repeat issues
Innovation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and legal regulations to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Challenge the status quo and inspire change by proposing bold, forward -thinking solutions
Documentation
- Create Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for future reference
Qualifications
- 8 + years of experience as a Business /IT Analyst, with a focus on techno-functional analysis and at least 3+yrs a developer experience in coding languages C/C++/Java
- Proven experience in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into functional specifications
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering and understand technical concepts , Ability to code on-demand
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform, with enterprise-level workflow applications, including configuration and coding of new workflows and/or enhancements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions
- Project management experience, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- ServiceNow Admin Developer certification is a plus
