Job Title: IT Recruiter
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 3+ years
End-to-end IT recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding candidates.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
Source candidates using various channels job portals, social media, referrals, LinkedIn, etc.
Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate technical and HR interview rounds.
Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
15 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Strong knowledge of full recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies.
Experience with recruiting for technical roles such as software developers, QA, DevOps, etc.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
