Job Description
Location - Mumbai
Role & responsibilities
- Coordination with all the stakeholders (internal Departments, Project teams, L&T Entities/ groups, Fabrication facilities, finance & accounts)
- Support in making monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Progress reports for Management and client.
- Work closely with Proposals team and help generate Value Add program statement for EPC project in line with Clients requirement in the pre-bid stage
- Coordinate and conduct progress review meetings for Goods & Services Procurement and Vendor Development on fortnightly basis with the Central SCM team and Project team.
- Coordinate and conduct progress review meetings for Training & Development of Locals on fortnightly basis with the HR team.
- Develop and Implement tracker for initiatives under all categories and get them implemented.
- Work closely with the KSA HR on Saudization plan.
- Generate and publish articles, update IKTVA Website on monthly basis.
- Ensure effective utilisation of IKTVA software at project and entity level.
- Coordinate with project teams and prepare Project level reports.
- Coordination with yards and L&T facilities for IKTVA related initiatives
- Review and deep dive into project performances
- Preparing MOM of internal meetings and share with the stakeholders.
- Track ESG and Cyber Security compliance on monthly basis.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Engineering Degree from reputed institute Production/ Mechanical
- Expert in MS Office (outlook, Excel, Word, Power point, Power BI, etc ) Teams, Skype, and other communication platforms.
- Fluent in English Speaking, writing skills.
- Should have analytical mind set and skill.
- Experience of working in Oil and Gas Business or in EPC projects will be added advantage.
