Job Description

    Company: Leading General Insurance Client.
    Location: Mumbai.
    Department:Events & Marketing.
    Experience: 3+ years in Corporate Event Management.

    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including corporate functions, conferences, awards, and social gatherings. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, strong vendor negotiation abilities, and a keen eye for detail to ensure seamless event execution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Event Planning & Execution: Oversee all aspects of event planning, including concept development, budgeting, venue selection, logistics, and execution.

    • Domestic & International Event Management: Plan and execute domestic and international events for corporate clients, including organizing networking tours and designing unique itineraries for PAN India and globally for 80+ attendees

    • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure event success. Negotiate contracts with service providers.

    • Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high ROI.

    • Marketing & Promotion: Work with the marketing team to promote events through social media, email campaigns, and other channels.

    • On-site Event Coordination: Supervise event setup, monitor activities, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

    • Post-Event Analysis: Gather feedback, analyze event success metrics, and prepare reports for future improvements.

    • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all events comply with health, safety, and legal regulations.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

    • Proven experience (3-5 years) in event planning and management.

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    • Proficiency in event management software and MS Office Suite.

    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
