Event Planning & Execution: Oversee all aspects of event planning, including concept development, budgeting, venue selection, logistics, and execution.

Domestic & International Event Management: Plan and execute domestic and international events for corporate clients, including organizing networking tours and designing unique itineraries for PAN India and globally for 80+ attendees

Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure event success. Negotiate contracts with service providers.

Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high ROI.

Marketing & Promotion: Work with the marketing team to promote events through social media, email campaigns, and other channels.

On-site Event Coordination: Supervise event setup, monitor activities, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Post-Event Analysis: Gather feedback, analyze event success metrics, and prepare reports for future improvements.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure all events comply with health, safety, and legal regulations.

Bachelors degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience (3-5 years) in event planning and management.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in event management software and MS Office Suite.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
