Pre-Sales Role in an HCM Software Product Company in Chennai:

Role Overview:
As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by understanding customer requirements, demonstrating product capabilities, and providing solutions tailored to their needs. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for technology-driven HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- For this role, the company is seeking only the female candidates, Primary work is to showcase the Product.
- THIS JOB DOESNOT HAVE TARGETS.,YET CANDIDATES MUST BE PREPARED TO GIVE ATLEAST THREE OR MORE DEMOS A DAY.
- You will be trained to showcase the HRMS Product(Demo) in less than two months.
- Conduct engaging and customized product demos for prospective clients, showcasing how the HCM software addresses their HR challenges.
- Work closely with potential customers to understand their business needs and suggest appropriate product features.
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and business cases for prospective clients.
- Build strong relationships with prospects by addressing their queries, handling objections, and ensuring a smooth pre-sales experience.

Preferred candidate profile
Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA (Freshers) with a specialization in Marketing, HR, or IT preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Interest in HR technology and software solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
