Role & responsibilities
- To supervise in administration and co-ordinations of hospital activities.
- To consult with and advises departmental needs on problems related to operations of the
hospitals.
- To recommend changes in administrative policies so as to carry out objectives of the hospital
more effectively.
- To interpret hospital and departmental policies, objectives and operational procedures through
department heads.
- To attend meeting of professional civic and service organizations as a representative of the
hospital.
- To handle customer grievances.
- To educate the staff about the policies.
- To efficiently supervise and manage the Security Personnel during his tenure.
- To train the Security Personnel in all security drills and security procedures..
- Maintain Liaison with local Police Station, Fire Station and nearest Hospital.
- To ensure adequate coverage of staffing and any emergency problems.
- To ensure proper inter-departmental co-ordination of all departments in the Hospital.
- Monitor Customer feedback & patient round
