Job Description
We are hiring for C&V team. The Consulting & Valuation department of CBRE offers specialized advisory practice that undertakes assignments across a wide variety of real estate assets and works for a broad spectrum of private and public sector clients; portfolio of services include
- Business Plans, Financial Feasibility Analyses, Market Analysis, Techno-economic Viability Studies, Due Diligence Exercise, Entry Strategies etc.
- Specialized studies such as tenancy mapping, workplace strategy, marketing strategy, healthcare advisory, operational efficiency optimization, etc.
- Financial Structuring, Privatization, Public-Private partnerships
- Valuation exercises for portfolios/ single assets across real estate segments utilizing various methodologies Direct Capitalization, Income Approach, Direct Comparison Approach, etc.
The above services are offered in the areas of IT Parks, Retail Malls, Hotels/Resorts, Urban Infrastructure, Townships, Airports & MRT related real estate, Industrial Parks, SEZs, Hospitals, Residential and Commercial projects, etc.
JOB PROFILE/REQUIREMENTS
Government Advisory services is part of the Consulting group in India. This position will be primarily responsible to grow (through active BD) and manage (operations) the Government advisory practice in West India (comprising of Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Goa). Depending upon candidates overall experience and wisdom, the position may also be involved in supporting and growing the India Government practice.
As part of operations, the candidate will be responsible for managing the execution of real estate advisory projects under the Government Advisory domain, along with managing existing client relationships and overseeing implementation of on-ground projects.
Equal focus will be also required to grow the practice via active BD through regular meetings with various stakeholders, developing & cultivating relationships, releasing white papers / research reports, taking part in various conferences / events (as speaker) etc.
Minimum requirements for the position are summarized below:
Min. 8 years of work experience in Consulting/Advisory services in the field of real estate
Education background MBA / Planning / Architecture / Economist / CA / CFA / Engineering
Previous experience of working with Government clients
Excellent communication and analytical skills, sound knowledge of financial modeling
Ability to cultivate new clients and manage existing ones
Team management experience
