We are looking for a Salesforce QA with experience in both manual and automation testing for Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of test automation and be eager to enhance their skills using Provar, the Robot Framework, or Selenium. Prior experience with Provar is a plus.

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana. Hybrid model - At least 3 days a week to work from our office.

Work timings: 2 pm - 11 pm Indian Standard Time.

• Execute manual and automated test cases to ensure the quality of Salesforce applications.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and senior testers to understand requirements and assist in creating test plans and test strategies.
• Develop and maintain basic automation test scripts using Provar, Robot Framework, or other automation tools under guidance.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, API testing(Good to have), and system testing across different environments.
• Identify, document, and report software defects, collaborating with the development team to resolve issues.
• Assist in optimizing test automation strategies to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Learn and stay updated with the latest testing tools and industry trends.

• 2-5 years of experience in software testing, including both manual and automation testing.
• Basic knowledge of at least one automation tool (e.g., Selenium, Provar, Robot Framework, etc.).
• Good to have with Provar or any other automation tools.
• Understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices.
• Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud) is preferred.
• Willingness and ability to learn Python for automation testing.
• Hands-on experience or knowledge of API testing and tools like Postman, SOAP UI, or Rest Assured is an advantage.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
