Job Description
Job Role:
As QA Team Leader you will be responsible for designing and implementing tests, debugging issues, performing root-cause analyses, defining corrective actions, and tracking quality assurance metrics. Additional responsibilities include managing remote test engineer(s) and coaching them.
Responsibilities:
- Understand vulnerabilities and provide mitigation steps.
- Monitor functionality.
- Engage with business stakeholders and play the role of business liaison.
- Advise best practices and optimizations throughout testing and bug fixing process.
- Establish and implement reporting and automated monitoring process.
- Knowledge of PHP.
- Liaison with development team and provide any critical support needed.
Skills Required:
- Self-directed: Must be able to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
- Great attitude: Desire to solve problems effectively with an optimistic and helpful disposition.
- Teamwork: Ability to follow departmental and organizational processes and meet established goals and deadlines.

- Organization: Multi-task across technically demanding projects, provide regular updates, and maintain precise documentation.
- Must be highly proficient in written and spoken English.
