We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Software Support Executive to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide hands-on support for our healthcare software solutions and ensure an exceptional client experience. You will be a key member of the Software Support Team, working closely with developers, project managers, and other departments to uphold the performance and reliability of our applications.

In this client-facing role, strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential. You will be responsible for resolving technical queries, troubleshooting issues, and supporting seamless software usage. The position also involves on-site support, collaborating with client teams, and ensuring timely solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address and resolve end-user issues including application errors, performance lags, and technical glitches.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and resolve incidents efficiently to minimize user disruption.
  • Track and manage open tickets, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and ensure resolution within set timelines.
  • Assist users in navigate ng software functionalities, resolving basic issues, and maximizing product utility.
  • Develop and maintain user-friendly documentation such as FAQs, user guides, and troubleshooting tips.
  • Facilitate training sessions for new users and during rollouts of new features or updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and infrastructure for complex issue resolution.
  • Document common issues, capture user feedback, and recommend enhancements to improve the application.
  • Support the implementation and documentation of change requests or feature upgrades.

Candidate Profile

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory.
  • The ideal candidate must demonstrate adaptability and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • They should be highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Effective time management skills are crucial to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations.

Work Experience

Minimum 1 year in a similar role.

Educational Background

Bachelors Degree in any discipline.
