Position Purpose: Responsible for coordinating all work requests coming in through e-mail, phone or any other form of communication regarding the services provided to the client by Sodexo
Roles:
- Answering phone calls, taking detailed and accurate messages and passing these on in a timely manner.
- . Basic theoretical knowledge of using CRM
- .Follow up with the provided leads over phone/email/social media, answering their queries and booking appointments.
- .Booking meeting rooms, ensuring they are prepared and presentable at all times..Meeting and greeting all visitors, including high profile clients, to the office providing a professional welcome.
Key Competencies:
- HSC/equivalent or Diploma holder or Graduate
- Minimum 2 years experience in any facility management company or in a hospitality industry.
- Full computer literacy and must be able to use Microsoft office ( word and excel)
- Proficiency in English language with good telephone manners.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to deal with various types of people.
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure.
Location: Bandra / Worli /Santacruz/Jogeswari
