Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and designs.
2. Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations to assess project viability and identify potential challenges.
3. Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and construction schedules using appropriate software tools.
|4. Oversee construction activities, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
5. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to procure materials and equipment necessary for construction.
6. Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective measures to address any deviations from the approved plans or standards.
7. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources. 8. Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, resolving engineering-related issues as they arise.
9. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of milestones and delivery of projects within budget and schedule.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in civil engineering for real estate development.
