Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Coordinator at Addeez in Bhopal. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, as well as Vendors ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Your role is critical in maintaining customer satisfaction, resolving queries, and enhancing Addeezs service standard. Responsibilities: Service Coordination: Liaise with Vendors to confirm bookings, track service progress, and ensure timely execution. Customer Interaction: Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, and chats, addressing customer inquiries and service requests. Process Improvement: Identify gaps in customer service and suggest improvements for a better customer experience. Follow-ups & Feedback: Conduct post-service follow-ups, collect customer feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: Excellent communication and presentation skills Must have experience with Online Support System Customer-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills Team player with a proactive attitude Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software MBA is must Must have ability to Lead in team(when required) Key Points: If you're ready to join a dynamic startup, share your CV with us at hidden_email.
