* Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
* Collect feedback from customers and use it to improve customer support.
* Stay up-to-date on products and services.
Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* English and Hindi both are required.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Knowledge of customer service principles
