Plant HR - Job Responsibilities: 1. Ensure adherence to labor laws, including maintaining compliance with the Factory Act, PF Act, ESIC Act, and minimum wage regulations. 2. Keep track of statutory deadlines and prepare the necessary documentation. 3. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates. 4. Handle employee documentation, including contracts, ID proofs, and attendance tracking. 6. Assist in resolving employee grievances and maintaining a positive work environment. 7. Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs. 8.
