Details of the required role:Sales Head for Software Company
Looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated Sales Head who will be responsible for establishing and driving sales activities for software services within a designated geography.
This individual will be in a key client-facing role and take ownership of all revenue generation for the entire company; creating a methodical, data driven sales process; filling and driving the sales pipeline; and closing enterprise-level deals across all industry verticals.
The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head to head opportunities.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Define and execute appropriate sales strategies; business development, marketing, technical, ad operations and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability
Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
Managing business operations with focus on top - line to bottom line.
Be responsible for a revenue target assigned by the management.
Behands-on managerand drive the sales team and ensure their productivity and efficiency in meeting the target.
Be responsible for hands-on calling, lead generation and closing of new accounts to meet the revenue goals.
Responsible for identifying, formulating and developing strategic business relationship with domestic and international clients.
Hands on experience in exploring & developing new sales verticals, selling new techniques, accelerating growth and achieving desired revenue and profit goals.
Strong into Business planning like Strong Forecasting, planning, prioritization and decision making ability.
Executing strategies for improving marketing effectiveness, increasing ROI, and identifying new business opportunities.
Make processes and procedures smooth and less complicated and make sure that work is completed within deadline, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
Communicating client's goals and interests to the team and get the exact done from them.
Analyze and understand company capabilities and service, and effectively communicate all offerings to the client.
Working closely with the project delivery team to ensure a continuous knowledge of project status to identify potential issues related to the project and deliverables.
Required Candidate profile
Desired Skills and Experience
Must have experience in Business Development, Hands-on sales and Account Management.
Strong technology knowledge and interest: the candidate should have worked as Account manager or Business development manager.
Participation in sales process either in a sales/business development role or in product marketing/product management role/pre-sales role.
Should be an aggressive go-getter with high energy levels and must have an inherent hunger for sales.
Must have the ability to create, develop and sustain good rapport with existing and new clients.
Proven capability to develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including qualification, proposal creation, negotiation and closing
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, multi-task, team environment.
Must have excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
