Training calendar preparation and faculty finalization. Execution the Training program as per the training calendar. Training effectiveness measurement. Record Keeping and data presentation. 2] Recruitment & Staffing: MRF & Approval from Director HR Interview & Salary Negotiation Employee Staffing Employee Separation activities. 3] Performance Appraisal: Quarterly Performance Appraisal assessment. Data Analysis and submit to management. Salary revision process. Timely Performance Appraisal for Trainee and Probationer employee. 4] Statutory Compliances: Statutory Compliance as per various Act. Complete Monthly / Annual returns. Prepare & Follow Statutory Compliance Calendar. Implement changes as per various acts. Record keeping & Audits. 5] Disciplinary administration & Grievance handling (IR): Maintain peaceful working environment. Administrative control on Employees Discipline. Issue Letters (Warning/Show cause etc.). Legal actions against employees (charge sheet/inquiry/ Court matter etc.). Handle any employee related judicial Matter. Maintain good Employee Employee or Employer employee relations. Complaint redressal activities. 6] Leave & Attendance Management: Leave & Attendance Monitoring & Controlling. Record Keeping and Data Preparation. Monthly Attendance for Salary Input. Daily & Monthly Leave & Attendance MIS submission to management 7] Contract labour Management: Staffing & Regulating Contractual Manpower. Agreement with Contractors. Record keeping & Audits . 8] Health, Safety & Environment: Create Safety culture. Annual Medical Checkup. Environment protection & MPCB Compliance. Annual Environment Monitoring Report. 9] Employee Engagement: Employee Engagement activities. Provide requisite facilities to employees. Organize various cultural events. 10] MIS: Prepare Monthly MIS for HR & IR. Submit Monthly MIS to Management. 11] Policies Preparation and Implementation: Prepare various Company Policies for management approval. Implement the approved Policies & monitoring. 12] Systems Development & Implementation: Develop new Systems beneficial to company. Implementation of New Systems. Monitoring & controlling new Systems. 13] ISO: ISO Compliance. Audit and its Compliances. Record keeping as per ISO requirement. 14] Communication: All type of organizational communications shall release. Prepare Notices and circulate. 15] Agreement: Periodically Agreement with various vendors. Implement & Follow the process as per the Agreements. Renewal the agreements. 16] Competency Matrix: Competency Matrix Preparation. Maintain & Monitoring the Competency Matrix. Review & Amendments in Competency Matrix. 17] Event Management: (Jointly with Admin dept.) Annual Picnic arrangement. Safety Week Celebration. World Environment Day Celebration.
