Intrested candidate reply me on hidden_email Data Entry: Accurately input data into various software systems from different sources. Verify the accuracy of data entered and ensure it aligns with company standards. Update and maintain databases and records with high levels of accuracy. Purchase Order Processing: Receive, review, and process purchase orders from various departments. Enter purchase order details into the relevant system. Ensure all purchase orders are processed in a timely manner and follow up on any discrepancies or issues. Data Verification and Quality Control: Regularly verify and cross-check data to ensure consistency and accuracy. Conduct periodic audits of data entry and purchase order processes to identify and correct errors. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain and organize electronic and paper files related to data entry and purchase orders. Generate reports as required by management, detailing data entry and purchase order activities. Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure data and purchase order accuracy. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to clarify order details and resolve issues.
