Company: IT Services Organization Key Skills: Data Science, Statistical Modelling, Linear Regression, Python, Stakeholder Management, R Programming Roles & Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of data scientists to deliver high-impact analytical solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven strategies. Guide the development and deployment of machine learning and statistical models into production environments. Drive innovation through advanced data science techniques and continuous process improvements. Ensure technical excellence by enforcing best practices in coding, model validation, testing, and version control. Communicate findings clearly to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Mentor and support team members in their professional growth and skill development. Oversee the entire data science lifecycle, from data gathering and exploration to model deployment and performance monitoring. Expirence Requirments: 8+ years of experience as a Data Scientist. Proven experience as a people manager and/or mentor with a strong leadership track record. Expertise in statistical and machine learning modeling, including statistical tests, classification, and predictive modeling. Proficient in analytical programming languages like Python or R and their ecosystems. Hands-on experience in deploying models in production systems. Knowledge of software development best practices including unit testing, CI/CD, and version control using Git. Familiarity with computer science fundamentals like data structures, software design principles, and testing strategies. Strong problem-solving ability and independent working style. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in the Media industry. Experience working with cloud-based data services (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with Optimization techniques such as: linear programming, integer programming, genetic algorithms, constrained optimization is a plus Qualification: B. Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.,
