Job Description

Job Purpose -

This position requires multi tasker who can design and research new initiatives for streamlining culinary operations, new product development , vendor onboarding all areas. This is a critical role which will act as a support for all back end ground activities done by brand chefs and function to be ahead of creating best practices to standdardise and generate revenues for Sodexo food services. This position requires someone who is fast and out of the box thinker and should have love for food with impeccable abilities to find solutions to roadblocks in creating services for operations.


Key Responsibilities -


  • Working closely with AVP Lead Food Platform to create future readiness
  • Extending support to all culinary team to help them with protive solutions
  • Identify gaps and suggest new solutions by itself to improve impact on business
  • Customer NPS driver for all new food menus and products
  • Market Study stakeholder for food platform
  • Extend support to resolve operational challenges with solution that can provide positive impact on business.
  • Active participation in development of culinary solution like standard recipe, menu planning, culinary training, convenience product, pop ups with third party to fulfill segment & buisness requirements
  • Evaluating and validating the criteria to finalize the service for implementation.
  • Communicating effectively with operations and sales team the benefits and attributes of services that are developed.
  • Be updated on the latest food trend going on in the market with respect to the required brand development.
  • Reporting and reviewing of financial and compliances for the services deployed along with the AVP Lead Food Platform & Brand Manager.
  • Visiting sites where services are deployed to audit and ensure right procedures and standards are followed.
  • Ensure onsite product standardization is done through proper training and food trials.
  • Ensuring the support to train staff with the skills required for new innovations developed by food platform and follow the service standards.
  • Sharing of concrete feedback during the promotional development to facilitate in creating the promotion plan and execution guidelines.
