Speech Analytics Prof @ Ameriprise

Utilize call recording tool to extract meaningful insights from Interaction data
Conduct analysis on recorded interactions and other data sources
Generate reports and dashboards using call recording tool (Nexidia Analytics)
Identify patterns, trends from caller interactions to improve satisfaction and provide insights to improve operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply interaction analytics insights to enhance business processes

Job Duties

• Utilize call recording tool to extract meaningful insights from Interaction data
• Conduct analysis on recorded interactions and other data sources
• Generate reports and dashboards using call recording tool (Nexidia Analytics)
• Identify patterns, trends from caller interactions to improve satisfaction and provide insights to improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply interaction analytics insights to enhance business processes

Required Skills

• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of relevant experience, Hands-on experience around generating reports and perform analytics utilizing enterprise interaction analytics applications like Nexidia, Call Miner, Tether or Observe AI etc.
• MS Excel and PowerPoint proficient
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Desired Skills

• Banking or Financial Services experience
• Good analytical, quantitative & problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of banking operations and processes
