About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Content Developer (Training) to create, manage, and optimize financial compliance, app-related, legal, and policy, product content. This role is critical in ensuring our content aligns with regulatory requirements while providing clarity and consistency across training materials and documentation.
What you will do:
- Develop and Maintain Content:
Create and update financial compliance, legal, and product-related content for training materials, policies, and app-related documentation. - Ensure Regulatory Compliance:
Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all training materials adhere to
financial regulations and industry best practices.
- App-Related Content Management:
Develop user-friendly in-app content, including FAQs, guides, and policy explanations to
enhance user experience.
- Training Material Development:
Design and structure training content for internal teams, ensuring clear understanding of financial products, legal obligations, and compliance protocols. - Collaboration with Stakeholders:
Liaise with product managers, legal experts, compliance officers, and content strategists to maintain consistency in messaging. - Content Review and Enhancement:
Regularly review and refine existing documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance. - Policy & Product Content Creation:
Draft policies, terms & conditions, and product descriptions in line with legal and regulatory
standards.
- Stay Updated:
Keep up-to-date with financial industry regulations, compliance requirements, and emerging
trends to enhance content relevance.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience in financial content development, Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in developing training materials and instructional content.
- Ability to simplify complex legal and financial concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in content management systems and documentation tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and app-related content strategies.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, AML, KYC, and other financial compliance standards.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
