Job Description
3Roles and Responsibilities
- Champion all the efforts of the Digital Vertical for the Oncology business.
- Lead the Performance Marketing initiatives of the brand for lead generation
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics etc.)
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.).
- Support, Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
- Develop, manage, map content on owned and earned digital assets.
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 8 to 10 Years with pure Digital Marketing & Performance marketing focus.
- 3 - 4 inclusive experience in planning and execution of SEM for lead generation.
- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Should have worked either in a Digital Marketing agency or in a brand focused on Digital marketing.
- Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) would be good.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certified Courses in digital marketing, Performance Marketing
