Key Responsibilities:
Global Head for the Cloud services business, responsible for P&L and business growth
Build and sustain strong relationships with the senior business leaders / Clients across the globe
Definition of service level agreements (SLA s) in relation to contracted services, ensuring the SLA's are achieved service quality and client expectations are met or exceeded as well as profitable
Devising strategy, plans and budget for business growth
Connect with Customers & leadership across globe keeping them updated on Next Gen Cloud trends enabling high volume of business
Effectuating strategies for the Operations Division, managing resources and ensuring timely completion of all assignments as per specified timelines
Implement performance standards and measurements established by Operations Maturity teams to manage ongoing service delivery and attain delivery efficiency
Own and drive people management processes including career planning, training and certification, rewards and recognition and employee engagement
Accountable for Transformation and Service improvement programs
Proven experience in cloud service delivery across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, DevOps, automation, and security best practices.
