We are looking an experienced candidate for Tele caller/ Tele sales/ Business Development Executive profile with hands on experience Inbound and Outbound calls to join our dynamic and innovative team.
Role and responsibilities-Candidates should understand queries and concerns about a company's products or services and resolve.
Resolving issues and handling clients complaints and call and pitch our products and services to the clients.
Inbound/ Outbound calls and solve problems build and maintain strong relationships with customers/clients.
Identifying customer/clients needs and helping them.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate options.
Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and feedback.
Address customer/clients concerns and provide solutions promptly.
Skills and Qualifications- Candidates should have tele caller/ tele sales experience in IT field ( Fintech Industry) / Banking sector.
Proven experience as a tele sales executive or similar sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Good experience in tele calling, preferably in IT field.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Ability to persuade and convince potential clients.
