Job Description Project Manager (Relevant Experience 5+ Years)
- Coach and guide the development team in implementing Agile principles and practices.
- Collaborate with product owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure that the team follows Scrum processes and adheres to Agile values and principles.
- Remove any obstacles or impediments that may affect the team's progress or efficiency.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing.
- Well experienced with Project Financial Management including planning and forecasting.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that the team meets the agreed-upon sprint goals and timelines.
- Protect the team from over-committing and scope creep.
- Resolve conflicts and issues that occur.
- Encourage self-organization within the team, empowering team members to make decisions and take ownership of their work.
- Identify and manage project risks, working proactively to mitigate them.
- Maintain transparent and up-to-date project KPIs and documentation, including sprint backlogs, burn-down charts, and release plans.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting feedback and implementing process improvements as necessary.
- Ensuring adoption of feedback from retrospective calls
- Collaborate with other Scrum masters and teams to foster cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
- Act as a servant leader, supporting the team's growth and development.
- Foster a positive and motivated team culture, ensuring a healthy work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- CSM Certification is a must.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project and program management using Agile methodology.
- Hands-on experience using at least one of the project management tools like Azure Board, Jira etc.
- Knowledge/ Certification on scaled-Agile will be an added advantage.
- Cloud Certifications are an added advantage.
- Hands on experience on Clarizen tool is an added advantage.
- Understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
