Role Create enhance development standards, processes, tools and methodologies; partner with other functions to develop and test requirements.
Mentor all team members
Work with software developers and domain experts in designing, performing, and improving verification tests

Perform design and code reviews to improve quality of the products
Drive the architectural design, including dependent services, service interactions and policies.
Establish program level strategies and roadmaps across platform services.
Introduce new service lines, new, disruptive, technologies to enhance the program or domain.
Consult across teams and across service lines to define new opportunities.
Establish the architectural and capability roadmap for a service.
All About You bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field
Extensive experience in Java, C, C++ on Unix.
Experience with socket programming, IPC, Shared memory.
Experience with Unit test tools, Static code analysis tools, debuggers.
Payment domain knowledge (ISO 8583) is a definite plus
Experience in creating and analyzing functional tests based on the requirements
Experience on SDLC and STLC
Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and analytical skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
