Job Description
Project Initiation and Planning: Clearly define the scope and objectives of new product and solution implementations, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.Resource Allocation: Plan and allocate resources appropriately to ensure that each stage of the project can be completed on time and within budget.
Agile Project Execution: Manage the implementation process using Scrum, coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth integration of new products and solutions.
Stakeholder Communication and Customer Handling: Serve as the primary point of contact for project status, updates, and decision-making processes, ensuring clear and regular communication with stakeholders and effectively handling customer interactions.
Maintain Quality in Implementation: Ensure that the implementation of new products and solutions maintains high quality by adhering to industry standards.
Team Management: Lead and manage project teams using Agile Jira, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Manage Scrum: Oversee the Scrum process, ensuring that the team adheres to Scrum practices and principles throughout the project lifecycle.
Post-Implementation Review: Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure that the new products and solutions are meeting project goals and identify areas for improvement in future projects.
-Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
-Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications are preferred.
Experience:
-At least 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in product or solution implementations, with a focus on using Scrum-based methodologies
-Worked hands on in Microsoft Project Planning (MPP).
-Experience in managing JavaScript-based implementation projects is preferred.
-Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Agile project management tools like Jira, MS Project, or similar. Understanding of IT infrastructure and software development cycles.
-Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure is required.
-Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle potential obstacles during the implementation process.
-Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
