Better requires process, discipline, and simplification
We'll be looking for you to be the guardian of our website and mobile apps. You will ensure that the customer experience of our users is optimal at all times. You will work closely with our Digital Support and Site health teams and the APIs product team to monitor app and website performance and solve for all customer experience issues. You will deep dive into customer pain points, prioritize issues, identify the best possible experience and work with a sprint team of engineers to implement solutions. You will work with different product teams to create short term and long-term solutions to consumer pain areas. You will obsessively seek to understand the customer's perspective by being data-driven and having a bias towards action.
For this role, you'll need to have at least an undergraduate degree in business or engineering. You should have 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience with at least 3 years in product management. having worked as a Product Manager for web and/or mobile software products (B2B or B2C). Experience in Agile Scrum methodologies with frequent production release cycles is a plus. Ability to understand, evaluate and discuss technical integration scenarios and architectural concepts. You'll have the ability to break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. You'll have an entrepreneurial drive and would have demonstrated the ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
