Job Description

The Project Manager reports directly to the Director of Zonal Operations and has overall responsibility for managing the site construction and implementation process across the entire program. Additionally, the Project Manager will identify the key design deliverables as it relates to the overall procurement strategy, project management and construction milestones Oversee the construction project from start to end.
Perform an instrumental role in project planning and resource allocation.
Build project team, assign and assess objectives/goals of each team member.
Minimize exposure and risk in the project
Ensure that construction activities move according to predetermined schedule.
Manage contractors and ensure completion of various phases of the project.
Co-ordinate with all parties involved in the project, which includes the architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and labourers.
Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis
Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards.
Ensure all project documents are complete.
Responsible for management of the overall Construction Site and implementation process across the entire program.
Responsible for deliverables as per drawings, specifications, bills of quantities, schedules and providing suggestions for improvement.
Responsible for ensuring consistency of design intent and coordination across the entire program by developing a set of design standards.
Responsible for overall coordination among architects, engineers, specialty consultants, operators, and municipalities.
Responsible for coordinating with the procurement team to identify equipment that can be easily purchased and aggregated at a construction level.
Responsible for the management of the team of MEP Engineers, Superintendents etc.
Demonstrate leadership to the core team by clarifying & guiding the specific & measurable program goals & objectives. Must have PMC Experience
B.E / B. Tech Civil or equivalent and at least 20 years of experience in Commercial Project/ Residential projects(Townshipn or Highrise )
Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
RICS and MRICS or equivalent is preferred
Preferably Managerial level specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction or equivalent experience/exposure
Preferably candidates to have experience in infrastructure/ high rise.
Very strong English oral & written communication skills are a must.
