Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HR Executive Recruitment & Operations to join the HR team via EQHIRES. This role will focus on executing recruitment drives (70%) and managing core HR operations (30%), including payroll, compliance, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment (70%)
End-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles.
Talent sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
Resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
Maintaining recruitment reports and daily hiring status updates.
Communicating effectively with internal departments and external candidates.
HR Operations (30%)
Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital).
Assist in onboarding, induction, and orientation processes.
Support attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Handle HR documentation and ensure compliance.
Assist with employee grievance handling and engagement activities.
Monitor HR activities at the plant level as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's/Masters in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in recruitment and HR operations.
Technical: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with HRMS/ATS tools.
Recruitment: Strong hands-on experience with sourcing, screening, and client interaction.
Compliance: Basic knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and ISO documentation.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
