Actively establish and maintain positive relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service, listening to their needs, and addressing their concerns.
Handle inbound and outbound calls from UK-based customers.
Assist customers with their inquiries, complaints, and support requests.
Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets.
Generate additional business and revenue opportunities through cross-selling or upselling
Promptly address client issues by coordinating with internal teams
Required skills and qualifications:
Prior experience in UK or US, Europe geographies preferred
Outstanding verbal (with neutral accent) and written communication in English.
At least 5 years of experience in customer service, sales, account management or a related field.
International Voice experience is must.
Proven experience in customer-facing roles like customer service or sales.
Comfortable working in high pressure and result oriented business environment.
Willing to work as per UK timings, 1:30pm to 11:30pm IST
