Blockchain Architect @ Focus Management

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Define blockchain product specifications.
2. Lead the design for blockchain functionality for agreed scope.
3. Work with business stakeholders to define blockchain requirements.
4. Define blockchain systems architecture and best practices.
5. Review blockchain code to ensure it meets the product requirements.
6. Act as a knowledgeable resource for blockchain engineering and problem-solving.
7. Provide technical expertise across all areas of the build, release, and operations.

1. Deep understanding & hands on experience of block chain platforms, specifically Hyper Ledger, Hyperledger Fabric,Hyperledger Sawtooth, Ethereum, Ripple, Corda. 
2. Familiarity with new block chain technologies like Cardano, Radix, Hashgraph, RChain, Multiversum etc.
3. Very good understanding of Blockchain consensus protocols.
4. Hands-on experience with containerized applications and framework with Docker and Kubernettes.
5. Strong coding skills in C, C++, Java Script, Java, , Python, Scala, GoLang.
6. Experience in NodeJS, GIT repositories, and open source tools including CouchDB, Apache Kafka, Apache ZooKeeper.
7. Cloud infrastructure experience using Cloud Foundry, Azure, AWS and experience using PKI security solutions.
8. Strong understanding of Microservices architecture.
9. Understanding of algorithms, data structures, databases and large scale websites.
10. Experience with various SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall and Iterative models.
11. Experience in a consulting environment with demonstrated collaboration, creativity and innovation.
12. Experience leading technical discussions, scope decisions, and recommend best practices. Contribution to open source projects on Blockchain technologies.
13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
