Job Description

Qualifications - B.arch/m.arch/any graduation with MBA in marketing Experience From 8 to 12 Years. Women's can only apply Job Description Achieve the Budgeted sales objective for the Decorative segment. Engage with respective influencers (Architects, Consultants, PMC, Contractors etc) for specifying and positioning the decorative flooring products. Prepare the sales funnel/Order pipeline from key accounts, specification leads and inquires and capture insights. Work closely with PLUB and One-Pidilite vertical for specifying the products through the consultants and contractors. Periodically visit key accounts project sites to review progress and address concerns raised at site/s. Ensure quotes submission either by Cipy or by partner applicators for supplies / contracts. Work with various stakeholders and manage all activities from quotes to order closure. Make presentations to consultants and end customers on focus products / differentiated systems to create stronger awareness. Drive engagement activities and initiatives with assigned influencer accounts. Launch the new product roll out in the market and gather feedback from customers. Be an active part of customer events organized by Marketing Team. Coordinate with the R&D, Design, Project Management for all activities to ensure the customer satisfaction during the Pre and Post sales.
