Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Sales Trainer, located in Bengaluru. The Branch Sales Trainer will be responsible for conducting sales training sessions, developing training materials, and enhancing the skills of the sales team. The role includes delivering presentations, improving customer service techniques, and ensuring that the sales team is well-equipped to meet their targets. The trainer will also be responsible for assessing training needs and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
