We are seeking skilled and experienced Customer Service Representatives. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' and customers, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria -
- Graduate/Undergraduate with a minimum of 6 months of international voice process experience
- Maximum gap of 3 months in employment; no exceptions
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC)
Shift Details -
- Shift UK (Afternoon), US (Night ), AUS (Early Morning) //
Note : 24/7 Rotational (any 9 hours and 30 minutes of shifts)
Salary -
- Note: Salary will be discussed and validated based on salary slips
*Selection Process:*
- Typing test: 30 WPM/95% accuracy
- Interview rounds: HR, VNA, and Ops
