Position : Assistant Manager - Accounts

Locations : Vadodara, Gujarat

Education : CA -Minimum 3 Years and Maximum 14 years

CA Inter -Minimum 5 Years and Maximum 14 years

 

Note : At least 1 to 2 years of experience into manufacturing

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vendor bill checking, booking in ERP and processing timely vendor payments
2. Filing TDS and TCS returns for vendors and employees salary quarterly and generating Form 16A/ Form 16
3. Budget preparation (Capital & Revenue)
4. Handling Internal audits
5. GST Return Filing and knowledge of GST provisions
6. Preparing annual accounts (Balance sheet)
7. Preparing of bank Guarantees
8. Prepare data for Income tax assessments
9. Prepare and provide MIS details to section as and when required.
10. Co ordination with banks/ GST department for various purposes
11. Checking all the vouchers and payments before submitting to auditors for audit
12. Monthly salary TDS calculation
13. Handling Foreign Remittances
14. Budget preparation (Capital & Revenue)
15. Prepare data for Income tax assessments
16. GST Return filing and knowledge of GST provisions
17. Prepare and provide MIS details to sections as and when required.

 

Experience Required :-

1. Vendor bill Cheeking & payment
2. TDS & income tax return filing
3. Knowledge of GST provisions & return filing
4. Preparation of balance sheet
5. Handling Internal audits
6. Foreign remittances
7. Preparing bank guarantees
8. Budget preparation
9. Should have worked in ERP
10. Proficiency in operation Microsoft excel, word and power point
