Role Description Not Limited to This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Sales Manager/Sales Manager which involves overseeing Sales & Marketing and managing a team of Sales Managers , Sales Planning, Sales Management, and Sales Strategy development skills .Developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Team Management and Leadership abilities Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills Client Relationship Management skills Knowledge of Insurance products and industry Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets LINES OF BUSINESS RESPONSIBLE GENERAL INSURANCE, HEALTH INSURANCE, LIFE INSURANCE BUSINESS VERTICALS TO BE COVERED DIRECT MARKETING, POSP CHANNEL, SMES,DEALERS, SCHOOLS YOU WILL DRIVE THE PRODUCTIVITY,CAPABILITY AND MOTIVATION OF THE TEAM UNDER YOU WITH THE SUPPORT OF SBH/HR YOU WILL NEED TO PASS BQP EXAM CONDUCTED BY NIA, PUNE WITHIN 3 MONTHS OF JOINING.
