Role card Loyalty program manager What This Role Must Deliver Revamp and run the existing program targeted towards Architects & IDs Benchmark against other alied building material programs for Architects /IDs and innovate on the existing programs for the same Most important jobs to be done Program design: Setup of the right program for Architects by benchmarking against allied building material player programs and setting the right strategy and OKRS for the program Personalized loyalty experience: Design of the E2E experience and journey of the architects / IDs Collaboration: Collaborate with CDO org forthe IT infrastructure requirements of the programs, work with BU teams to identify target audiences across geographies and the right KPIs for the program Managing the program: Day to day management ofthe overall program, including racking against the OKRs; Monitoring overall performance of the program and reporting to BUs on assessment ofperformance and insights from the same Business intelligence: Analyse loyalty data to determine program improvement opportunities and generating insighis to enable business decision making Performance indicators Hof active Architects / IDs Total revenue through Architects / IDs Revenue / Architect / IDs #of new enrolments Churn rate of members Experience 3-5 years experience in leading loyalty programs Demonstrated experience of working with digital teams in building Ul / UX joumeys for intuencers Bachelors degree in marketing fom reputed instituions. Master's degree is high desirable Functional/Domain Expertise Experience of wotking with Architects, Ds, Contractors etc Demonstrated experience of creating user joumeys for segmented customers influencers Experience in desigring Ul / UX joumeys:,
