Market and Customer Insights: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs. Gather and prioritize product requirements from various stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and market analysts. Product Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of product features and enhancements. Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and resource availability. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure cohesive product development and launch. Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively. Good to have knowledge on SAP SD domain. Qualifications: Bachelors degree Over 10 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role within the retail or furniture industry. Deep understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and the retail/furniture market landscape. Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with senior leadership. Agile/Scrum certification or extensive experience working in Agile environments is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.,
