Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
Accounts Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Tax Compliance: Ensure timely tax filings (GST, VAT, TDS, corporate tax, etc.) and assist in audits.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and expense management.
Payroll Processing: Handle payroll calculations, statutory deductions, and employee reimbursements.
Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.
Audit Support: Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary financial documentation.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure financial records comply with accounting standards and company policies.
Software Utilization: Work with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, or ERP systems) for financial transactions and reporting.
