Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Partner Facing
- Events
- End to end planning of key events (eg re:Invent for AWS 2023 and Inspire for MSFT 2024 )with the help of Mphasis Marketing Team for execution
- Ensure participation in various Partner Industry & Regional events with the help of Mphasis Marketing Team for execution
- Marketing Programs
- Stay up to date with new Partner Marketing Programs / Initiatives
- Obtain documentation and manage any MDF or equivalent joint funding for marketing programs
- Drive marketing side of joint Account based marketing
- Joint Partner Mphasis Campaign Planning with the help of Mphasis Marketing Team for execution
- Use of traditional and social media in promoting Mphasis presence
- Understanding and start of use of Large Language Models (LLM) to generate content and accelerate job execution
- Plan and facilitate Joint Webinars & Podcasts with partners
- Work with rest of channel mgmt. team and Mphasis Marketing to execute these programs
- Partner Intel & Strategic Programs
- Help in sourcing & managing Special Programs such as MDF and winwire-related marketing for AWS, MSFT, GCP & VMware, marketing aspects of SCA for AWS, and all other aspects of channel marketing to penetrate partner field and SMEs
- Maintain Partner stakeholder database & Org chart and share updates on a periodic basis
- Reflect Analyst and Third Party Advisor inputs into strategy & execution
- Collateral
- Aligning our messaging with Partner on Customer Presentations with the help of Mphasis Marketing Team for execution
- Ensure all Partner related marketing collaterals (including battlecards, specific decks, Website, Partner page on partner system) are current
Desired Candidate Profile
- Understanding of Cloud service provider marketing programs and driving marketing led mindshare building using traditional marketing methods and social media
- Partner Marketing Management Ability to joint programs between Mphasis, Partners and their respective stakeholders and marketing teams and especially with AWS related partner re Marketing
- Sales ExperienceUnderstanding/experience in role of marketing in sell-with/channel with cloud partners
- Ability to connect the needs of internal stakeholders (Sales, Tribes and Mphasis Corporate Marketing) to partner marketing initiatives
- Ability to transact fast using email and IM and facility in multi-tasking, working on several items that move in parallel
- Basic understanding of Cloud based business, its fit with services & understanding the trends and offerings
- Strong communication skills, can do attitude, and able to work with multiple stakeholders with ease
- Strong collaborator, easy to work with across time zones and electronically
- Understanding of emerging LLM to generate/supplement content a plus
- 7+ years experience in IT industry and preferably with AWS related partners
- 5+ years of partner marketing experience
