Company Description A.R INDUSTRIES is an auto components manufacturing firm, incorporated in the year 1988. We have developed more then 50+ types of components for HCVs, LCVs, Railways, Tractors & the agricultural industry. Our clientele includes top OEMs, export houses and some Tier-1 suppliers. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a New Product Development Manager based in Alwar. The New Product Development Manager will be responsible for the development and production of new components. This role involves reading technical drawings, developing jigs and fixtures, preparing requests for quotations (RFQs), coordinating with other departments to ensure tasks are completed, and effectively managing projects. Qualifications Experience in NPD Wholesome knowledge of the mobility industry Strong Project Management skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Compensation 4 lacs per Annum (Negotiable),
