Location- Sitapura, Jaipur Working Days- 6 Industry Type- Jewellery Manufacturing Salary Bracket- 9-10 LPA Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Development Lead end-to-end product development from concept to final production. Collaborate with designers, R&D, and manufacturing teams to create innovative products. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer preferences. Design & Prototyping Work closely with design teams to develop new collections. Oversee 3D modeling, CAD design, and prototype creation. Ensure designs align with brand aesthetics and cost targets. Manage prototype development and ensure alignment with design specifications. Work with artisans and engineers to optimize designs for manufacturability. Production Coordination Liaise with production teams to ensure feasibility and manufacturability. Optimize product design for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Resolve any technical challenges in the manufacturing process. Quality & Compliance Establish quality control measures for new product launches. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with sales, marketing, and merchandising teams for product positioning. Provide technical support for product launches. Key Skills & Competencies: 8-12 years of experience in PD(Jewellery/Watch Industry preferred), with 2-3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of jewellery/watch design, manufacturing techniques, and materials. Proficiency in CAD software (Rhino, Matrix, JewelCAD, or equivalent). Understanding of market trends and consumer preferences in luxury goods. Excellent project management and organizational skills.,
