Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Invoice Preparation and Processing:
- Prepare and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all invoices are compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices and payments.
- Client Account Management:
- Maintain and update client accounts, including contact information and payment details.
- Monitor accounts for outstanding balances and overdue payments.
- Communicate with clients regarding billing issues and payment deadlines.
- Payment Processing:
- Receive and process payments, ensuring accurate recording of transactions.
- Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
- Prepare and issue payment confirmations and receipts.
- Billing Inquiries and Disputes:
- Investigate and resolve billing disputes and errors.
- Maintain accurate records of billing inquiries and resolutions.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on billing activity, outstanding balances, and collections.
- Analyze billing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Other Duties:
- May assist with other financial tasks, such as preparing bank reconciliations or managing accounts receivable.
Note:- Its a 12hour Shift and rotational basis as well.
